When a global development bank needed to turn its flagship AI Academy concept into a deliverable programme for senior government teams from 22 economies, they turned to us. We designed the full learning architecture: four hybrid modules, live session toolkits and facilitator guides, all feeding into one cumulative output: a peer-reviewed national AI roadmap for every delegation, plus an evergreen programme the bank can now run at scale with future cohorts.

Building a flagship AI Academy for a gloabl development bank

When a national sovereign investment fund set out to build a shared human capital strategy across its portfolio of more than 800 state-owned enterprises, they turned to us.
We designed the group-wide learning architecture: a unified competency framework from entry level to executive, a virtual academy giving every employee — from headquarters to remote sites — access to the same high-quality development, and common standards for learning design, delivery and evaluation grounded in learning science.
Capacity building for a National Soverign Investment Fund

​When a global network of chief executives redesigned its flagship leadership workshop, it needed the content to move out of the room — so live time could go to discussion and peer problem-solving. We built a mobile-first pre-learning course of short, story-led primers: 5–10 minute modules combining cinematic video, interactive tasks and practical templates. Delivered from kick-off to launch in under three months, the pilot scored 4.91/5 with participants — with the live sessions freed for the peer discussion executives actually value.

A government communications team needed to align messaging across multiple ministries. Over a two-day working session, leaders practised message discipline, built cross-departmental grids and ran crisis simulations.
